Road User Education and Sensitization
ATMAPI places a high premium on empowering road users—drivers, pedestrians, commuters, cyclists, and commercial operators—with the right knowledge and attitudes. Through workshops, campaigns, seminars, and media outreach, the organization conducts:
- Public awareness campaigns on road safety rules and traffic signs.
- Training programs on defensive driving and accident prevention.
- Sensitization efforts targeting commercial vehicle operators, motorcycle riders, and youth drivers.
Safe Driving Advocacy
ATMAPI champions the cause of safe driving by:
- Encouraging behavioral change among drivers.
- Advocating for zero tolerance to drunk driving, over-speeding, and phone use while driving.
- Promoting the use of seat belts, helmets, and child safety seats.
Accident Prevention Mechanisms
